Registration Policies

GUARANTEED PASS POLICY: A student:

1. MUST BRING THE PROPER EDITIONS OF THE CODE BOOKS AND OTHER REFERENCE MATERIALS TO CLASS.
2. Must COMPLETE the entire series of practice exams and attend the minimum amount of time.
3. Must take the licensing or certification exam within 5 DAYS of course completion. 

REFUND POLICY: A registered student withdrawing prior to the start of class is entitled to a refund of course fees paid, with the exception of a non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 (+ $50.00 if seminar exam books have been printed and shipped). A student who withdraws during the first 25% of the course is entitled to a maximum refund of one third (1/3) of course fees. After completing 25% of the course, a student is not entitled to a refund.

** NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER EXPIRATION OF THIS CONTRACT **

NOTIFICATION POLICY: Students shall notify Construction Exam Center of their examination results within 5 days.  Failure to do so, for those who do NOT pass their exam, will result in a $50.00 course reinstatement fee.  In the event of a failure, the STUDENT must call and speak to a staff member -- no exceptions! 

CONTRACT EXPIRATION POLICY: If the course is not completed prior to the contract expiration date, the contract is EXPIRED, the guaranteed pass policy is VOID and 50% of the current course tuition is required for additional training.

The individual signing this agreement has READ and understands the Guaranteed Pass Policy, the Refund Policy, the Notification Policy and the Contract Expiration Policy.

The individual also certifies that he/she understands the secure and confidential nature of our information and agrees NOT to copy any questions or answers from the Practice Exam books -- NO EXCEPTIONS: VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN EXPULSION WITH NO REFUND.
