This course will consist of several up-to-date practice exams covering the question material on the actual examination. One-on-one tutoring is available throughout your course. In order to be "guaranteed pass", you will need to spend a minimum of 38 classroom hours as well as bringing ALL required reference materials. Although not a prerequisite, we HIGHLY recommend completing the Commercial Building Inspector certification prior to studying for the Building Plans Examiner certification.
